A Common Occurence screening Aug. 19

"A Common Occurrence," directed by Joe Huber, is a short film about the mysterious tension between hope and regret. The vastness of the west and the expanse of memory play host to a one mans longing for another chance. Shot across the state of South Dakota the film is a loose adaptation of the classic short story, "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge".

A screening of the film will be presented August 19, 6-9 pm at the Belbas Theater in the Washington Pavilion in downtown Sioux Falls.

The evening will also include music by Bella Ruse and Fly Away Sparrow.

The screening is free, but please RSVP because seating may be limited.
