Had fun last night at the Midway Drive-In in Miller, South Dakota. I believe they are the first outdoor theatre in the state with digital projection. The picture on the giant screen is crisp and clear and a joy to watch as the sun goes down.
I have been wondering this for a while, because it seems like 1080p is just better from an editing standpoint because you have a full frame to work with, instead of a half. Anyone have any extra information they can give me that can resolve this question?
