Nowlin Town Productions turns cameras on Casey Tibbs
Hot on the heels of successful screenings of "The Buffalo King" in Pierre and Philip, Nowlin Town Productions' Justin Koehler plans to give a similar treatment to world-famous Fort Pierre cowboy Casey Tibbs.
