The current issue of South Dakota Magazine (May/June 2010) includes a large feature article on movie making in South Dakota by John Andrews. Entitled "On the Big Screen," it includes stories from Rapid City brothers Marc and Michael Linn, Native American filmmakers Mitchell Zephier and Mark St. Pierre, touches on African American Oscar Micheaux's contributions to film, and explains how Wakonda documentarians Doug and Judi Sharples got into the business.
