Dust of War in final stages

"Dust of War" was back in action in Pierre this week, putting the finishing touches on sound design.

Actor/Producer Luke Schuetzle told me the recording of additional sound effects and background voices was the final piece of the puzzle. "Soon. By the end of the year for sure and probably sooner," he said of the impending release date.

"We and our investors have put a lot of time, money and effort into this and so have these people," he said, waving his hand over a group of extras volunteering to scream for the microphones. "We will have a big premiere in Pierre to thank them."

"I think people are going to be impressed, especially with the performances of the professional actors we brought in. It's looking good."

Here are director Andrew Kightlinger (left) and Schuetzle pretending to fight so the sound crew can record the extras reacting to it.
